And it's true. Many of life's and possibly the world's problems can be solved by simply taking a walk around the block.
Perhaps it's the simple break from a task, or the change of scenery, or being closer to the natural world around us. Who knows exactly why it works, but it does. In studies, walking has been linked to improved mood, boosted creativity, and better sleep. Arianna Huffington noted that many of the famous thinkers had good things to say about the power of a good walk in her article in the Huffington Post.
