During this #beinspired challenge, you've done many things. You've walked with loved ones, practiced yoga on your mat at home and at the studio with friends, listened to classical music and belted out classic rock songs in your car, knit scarves, watched speakers brave the stage to share their stories, swung on the swing with your children, started a book, finished a book, and started another book. And so much more.
But what you've really done over the last 21 days is to create your own catalog of activities that nourish and inspire you.
So on days when you there's a pause in your daily routine and you find yourself wondering, What can I do now?, take your dog for a walk, or watch a Ted Talk and learn something new.
And on the days when life feels tense or uncertain and you ask yourself, 'What should I do now?' return to this same list. Instead of trying to solve it all right away, ask yourself, 'what do I really love?' and do that.
Do more of the things that make you feel more really alive, the things you really love. That's what yoga--and really, life--is about.

Immerse yourself in the rapture of music.
You know what you love. Go there.
Tend to each note, each chord,
Rising up from silence and dissolving again.
Vibrating strings draw us
Into the spacious resonance of the heart.
The body becomes light as the sky
And you, one with the Great Musician,
Who is even now singing us
-Lorin Roche, The Radiance Sutras, # 18

Cielito Lindo. Promise it'll make you smile.
The best part is if you leave YouTube playing after you watch the video, it will play a string of Mexican Mariachi music to keep you smiling all day long.

I challenge you. To engage with life. To do something everyday that makes you feel good. That reminds you of how amazing it is to be alive. And to really feel some of that alive-ness that we all forget we are.
This November, join us in the Borealis 21-Day Challenge to Be Inspired. Everyone who completes the challenge will enter to win one of 5 $100 Gift Cards to Borealis.
Everyday for 21 days, you will do a #beinspired activity by choosing to do one of the following: Move, Read, Listen, Watch or Write. Take a picture of your daily activity and email it to: firstname.lastname@example.org. A complete description of the challenge guidelines is available here.
So go head. Pick up that book you've been using as a coaster. Listen to a piece of classical music you haven't heard in a long time. Or watch a video of someone who inspires you.
WARNING: This is NOT a yoga challenge. You do not have to practice yoga everyday. You can, but I don't recommend it.
Anyone can participate. You do not have to do yoga or live in the Medford/Boston area to participate in this challenge.
